Foreign internships

Student mobility

Mobility - Internship of a student in a foreign enterprise

· Students of both full-time and part-time study at any level of education can enroll for work placements. Students ending a bachelor's degree can only enroll after they are properly enrolled in the master studies. (ie after the beginning of the winter semester)

· The length of the internship is at least 3 months

· The amount of the grant is determined in the contract after the student's acceptance by the number of days (months). Grant is awarded in one installment to the student account.

HOW TO ENTER THE PROGRAM?

  • Application must be handed over to the Erasmus Coordinator (Rectorate, Department of Foreign Mobility and International Relations, 3rd floor, Building A).
  • Choose an institution (business, organization, ...) abroad, or respond to published Job offers  Job / internship offers, where you can travel.
  • Participate in language tests and oral examination
  • The Erasmus TnUAD Commission will select successful candidates and publish the list on their website.

We also encourage anyone interested to participate in the ERASMUS INFORMATION DAY - MOBILITY DAY, which is organized every academic year at the end of September and October. The Mobility Days information will be published on the wallpapers and on our website.

BEFORE MOBILITY STARTING

  • The student will ask the receiving institution for the Acceptance Letter.
  • Before traveling to an internship, a traineeship form must be signed between the student, TnuAD and the host institutionTraining Agreement

Upon acceptance by a partner university, a student enters into a mobility agreement with TnUAD under which he receives a grant. Part of the contract is the Erasmus Student Charter.

A student enrolled in mobility is required to provide insurance which must include:

Health Insurance: Basic Health Insurance of the European Insurance Card. In many cases, this insurance is not sufficient, especially in the case of special medical procedures. Therefore, it is recommended that the student is also covered with an additional insurance of medical expenses in a commercial insurance company.Liability Insurance (covering damage to business students): This insurance covers damage caused by students during their stay abroad. The work plan of the traineeship indicates whether or not this insurance is provided by the host institution. If this insurance is not legally required in the receiving country, coverage of this insurance should not be required from the receiving institution.Accident insurance (covering at least occupational accidents): In some countries, employees and trainees are insured by employers by law. The role of the sending institution is to determine whether this insurance is covered by the receiving institution. This fact should also be included in the Placement Work Plan. If this is not covered by the host institution, the sending institution must ensure that the student is insured by himself or by the sending institution.

WHAT TO BRING FROM THE MOBILITY?

  • Europass Mobility: Europass Mobility: It is a document confirming the passing of an internship abroad. Europas The mobility of each student is registered at the Ministry of Education (this is provided by the University). The Europas Mobility form is downloaded from the website by the student before the end of the internship. It is his duty to fill in his data while also filling in other parts of foreign companies. The original, signed by the student company, will bring Erasmus to the coordinator. The original remains as a reference to the student. The copy remains at the Department of Science, Research and International Relations.
