Instructions for filling in the electronic application form

  1. At: sign up for a system where you choose your login and password, which must contain at least 7 characters.
    In the registration form, we recommend using your current mailing address, which will be used to communicate with the university, or if you forget your password.
  2. To log in to electronic application use the login information that you provided when registering.
  3.  Fill in all the details in the application form. If you do not know the correct information, contact the faculty's study department. Before filling in the electronic application, we recommend you review the manual.
  4.  If you have the application filled in and you are sure that all entered data are correct, press the CONFIRM ("POTVRDIŤ") icon. This will give you the opportunity to print the final print form of the application.
     You can not edit the confirmed application anymore!
  5. Print the confirmed application and sign it.
  6. The application must be accompanied by the following documents:

               -confirmation of payment of the fee for the procedure
               -certified certificate for 1,2,3,4 year
               -curriculum vitae
               -a certified photocopy of the school-leaving certificate

      7. Submit the application by post to the faculty study department
